Westconnex

Westconnex is a government iniative to improve and connect M4 Motorway with the airport and M5 Motorway.

In the Westconnex project, Titus at SMEC worked on the Stage 1A M4 Widening as the Lead Structural Design for the Civil Structures which included retaining walls, sign structures, noise walls and other structures. The role required Titus to manage a team of structural designers to deliver the design packages to fruition and provide construction service support.

Titus was also involved in the M5 stage as the Independent Ceritifier for a number of the temporary structures.
